Question 1

How do I sign in?

Accepted Answer

Sign in on the sign-in page with Google, or with your email and a password. Use the same account every time: your plan, your purchases and your claim requests belong to it.

Question 2

Where are my purchases and receipts?

Accepted Answer

Open your account and choose Purchase history . Every payment is listed, newest first, with its receipt as soon as it is ready. The tracks you licensed one by one are under Your purchases on the Subscription tab, and you can download them from there. Receipts are issued by Paddle, who processes our payments. Questions about a payment: info@ainsof.io .

Question 3

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Open your account , choose Profile , then Delete my account , and type your email to confirm. This removes your account, playlists, saved tracks, search history, API keys and videos, and cannot be undone. We keep the records of your licenses and payments, and the copyright claims and requests you sent us. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first.

Question 4

How do I create an account?

Accepted Answer

On the sign-in page , choose Continue with Google , or sign up with your email and a password of at least eight characters. With email, open the confirmation link we send you to finish. An account is free. It keeps your searches, saved tracks and downloads on every machine you work from.

Question 5

How do I reset my password?

Accepted Answer

On the sign-in page , choose Forgot your password? and enter your email. If the address has an account, we email you a reset link. Open the latest link in the same browser and device, then choose a new password of at least eight characters. If you signed up with Google, use Continue with Google .

Question 6

What is in my account?

Accepted Answer

Your account has these tabs: Subscription: your plan, its status and renewal date, your team on Business Pro, and the tracks you licensed one by one. Profile: how you signed in, member since, log out and delete account. Playlists: your playlists. Purchase history: every payment and its receipt. Copyright claims: send a claim and follow your requests. API Keys: create keys and see usage.

Question 7

How do I cancel my plan?

Accepted Answer

Open your account and press Manage or cancel subscription . It opens the billing page of Paddle, who processes our payments. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See What happens to my videos if I cancel? To change to another plan, submit a request and we will help.

Question 8

How do I add my team to Business Pro?

Accepted Answer

Business Pro covers up to 5 named people: the person who subscribes and up to 4 people they invite. In your account , under Your team , type a colleague's email and press Invite . They sign in with that address and their downloads open. Members may use the music within the uses Business Pro permits, for productions made for the subscriber's organization or its clients. A member's access ends when they are removed or when the subscription ends; what they published while on the team stays licensed. The subscriber can remove someone at any time. Individual and Business plans are for one named person and may not be shared. For more than 5 people, write to info@ainsof.io .

Question 9

What data do you keep, and can I ask for it?

Accepted Answer

We keep a log of requests to run the service, to enforce fair-use limits and to know how the catalog is used. If you subscribe or buy a license, we keep the evidence of it: payment and subscription records, the Terms version you accepted, and each track you downloaded. We use these to show what you are licensed for, for example to help release a copyright claim. We do not sell or rent your data. Email info@ainsof.io and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Records we must keep by law, or as evidence of a license you hold, are kept but used for nothing else. The full details are in our Privacy Policy .

Question 10

Do you use cookies or trackers?

Accepted Answer

This website sets no cookies of its own, and we use no advertising or analytics trackers. The payment form on the checkout page is Paddle's, and Paddle may use cookies inside it to process the payment and prevent fraud. The Contact Sales and Help Center request forms show Cloudflare's bot check. See our Privacy Policy .

Question 11

Can my account be closed?

Accepted Answer

We may suspend or close an account, and end its plan, if someone seriously or repeatedly breaks our Terms : for example by sharing the account, redistributing files or using music outside the plan. Productions published in line with the Terms before then stay licensed; a use outside the plan was never licensed.

Question 12
