Terms of Service

Last updated 6 August 2026

These terms cover the AINSOF music agent — the connector you add at https://mcp.ainsof.io — and this website. AINSOF is operated by Or Chausha AINSOF, a sole proprietorship registered in Israel. Contact: info@ainsof.io. By using the agent or this website you agree to these terms.

What the service is

The agent searches the AINSOF catalogue of original production music and returns results with listen links. Every track you download through it is a complete watermarked preview — the whole piece, start to finish, so you can cut to it and hear whether it truly works.

What a preview allows

A watermarked preview is for auditioning only: playing it, cutting it against picture, and showing it inside your team or to your client as a work in progress. It may not be published, broadcast, distributed, monetised or included in any finished or public work. Downloading a preview grants no licence of any kind.

Licensing

A licence to use a track is granted only by a separate written agreement between you and AINSOF. Nothing in the agent, this website or any search result constitutes an offer or a licence. To license a track, email info@ainsof.io with the track and what it is for, and we will agree terms directly with you.

Ownership

All music in the catalogue, together with its artwork and metadata, is and remains the property of AINSOF and its composers. These terms transfer nothing. The music is original work; where a brief names a commercial song, results are original alternatives in that spirit — never the named recording or a cover of it.

What you may not do Video you send us

Some tools work on a video you give the agent — score_my_video puts music on it, analyze_video only measures it. By sending one you confirm you hold the rights to it, or have permission from whoever does. We use it for nothing but the job you asked for, and how it is handled and how quickly it is deleted is set out in our Privacy Policy.

How we reach other services

We access no third-party platform except through that platform's own public or authorised interface, and we do not work around anyone's access controls. To identify a reference we use the published search APIs of Apple and Deezer, Spotify's API under our registered application, and YouTube's oembed endpoint, which returns a title and no audio. We never download a commercial recording; the only audio we take is the 30-second preview those stores publish for third parties.

Where a platform does not permit it, we refuse rather than find another way. The agent will not pull a video off YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion or Twitch — their terms forbid it regardless of who owns the video — and will tell you so, along with the routes that are allowed: a direct file link, Dropbox, Google Drive, or a one-time upload from your own machine.

Access keys

Access keys are issued by us and may be revoked at any time, including for breach of these terms. You are responsible for keeping your key private. Search and preview access is free; we may change or discontinue the service at any time.

No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided as is, without warranty of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AINSOF's total liability arising from the service or these terms is limited to the amounts you have actually paid to AINSOF in the twelve months before the claim.

Age

The service is intended for music and video professionals, and is not directed at children under 16 — the same age stated in our Privacy Policy. Nothing in the catalogue is unsuitable for a general audience.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above always reflects the current version, and continued use after a change is acceptance of it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction.
