How is payment handled?

Our orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle takes the payment, issues invoices, collects sales tax or VAT where it applies, and handles billing questions and returns. Plans are billed monthly or yearly. Single-track and sound-effect licenses are paid once.

When does my plan renew?

Accepted Answer

Plans renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly billing period, using the payment method you gave Paddle, until you cancel. Single-track and sound-effect licenses never renew. If a price changes, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your plan. It applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are handled by Paddle under its buyer terms. If you think you were charged in error, write to info@ainsof.io . If a single-track or sound-effect purchase is refunded in full, or reversed by a chargeback, its license ends. For a single track, its downloads close too. For a 5-effect pack, this includes the effects already picked from it.

How much do the plans cost?

Accepted Answer

Individual: $14 a month billed monthly, or $9 a month billed yearly ($108 a year). Business: $44 a month billed monthly, or $29 a month billed yearly ($348 a year). Business Pro: $119 a month billed monthly, or $79 a month billed yearly ($948 a year). Enterprise: custom terms. Contact us . Single tracks are $35 (Online / Social) or $179 (Business / Advertising). Should I pay monthly or yearly?

Accepted Answer

Both give you the same plan. Yearly saves up to 35% and renews every year; monthly renews every month. You choose the billing period at checkout, and you can cancel either one at any time from your account; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. To change your plan, submit a request and we will help.

Do you charge sales tax or VAT?

Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, collects sales tax or VAT where it applies, and issues the invoices. Billing questions: info@ainsof.io .

Question 7

Do you see my card details?

Accepted Answer

No. You enter your payment details in Paddle's own checkout form. They never pass through AINSOF, and we never receive or store your full card number. From Paddle we receive your name, email, country, your plan or license and the amounts charged.
