Contact & Custom Work

Question 1

How do I contact AINSOF?

Accepted Answer

There are three ways to reach us. A person on our team reads every message and replies by email. A free account can sync music to two videos; plans have no limit. Help Center request: Submit a request , choose a topic (Licensing & plans, Copyright claim, Account, Payment & billing, Music & downloads, AI tools, MCP & API, or Something else) and describe what you need. You can add a link and up to 3 files (PNG, JPG, WebP or PDF, up to 8 MB each). You get a request number right away. Email: write to info@ainsof.io . Contact Sales: for Enterprise, API, team licenses or custom music, use Contact Sales . For a copyright claim on a video, the fastest way is Copyright claims in your account , signed in with the account you licensed the music with, so we can see your license and you can follow the request there.

Question 2

When should I contact sales?

Accepted Answer

Contact Sales is for agencies, studios, broadcasters and platforms that need more than a personal plan. Tell us what you are making and where it will run, and we will put together terms that cover it. It covers: Team licenses: one agreement for every editor, producer and client project. Wider use: TV and broadcast, trailers and cinema, paid media, apps and games, in the territories you need. API and MCP access: our search, versions and fit to length inside your own product or workflow. Custom music: a score written for one film, brand or campaign by the composers behind the catalog. One contact for the license, cue sheets and paperwork. The form asks for your name, work email, company, industry, country and what you are looking for. We reply by email, usually with a few questions about the project and a proposal. You can also write to info@ainsof.io .

Question 3

Can AINSOF write original music for my project?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Custom work is a real part of what we do, not an upsell on the catalog: music written for one film, one brand, one brief, by the same composers who write the catalog. Send the cut, the reference or just the idea to info@ainsof.io , or use Contact Sales . You can see what we have made on the Work page.

Question 4

What work has AINSOF done?
