There are three ways to reach us. A person on our team reads every message and replies by email. A free account can sync music to two videos; plans have no limit.

• Help Center request: Submit a request, choose a topic (Licensing & plans, Copyright claim, Account, Payment & billing, Music & downloads, AI tools, MCP & API, or Something else) and describe what you need. You can add a link and up to 3 files (PNG, JPG, WebP or PDF, up to 8 MB each). You get a request number right away.
• Email: write to info@ainsof.io.
• Contact Sales: for Enterprise, API, team licenses or custom music, use Contact Sales.

For a copyright claim on a video, the fastest way is Copyright claims in your account, signed in with the account you licensed the music with, so we can see your license and you can follow the request there.
