Question 1

Which plan do I need?

It depends on where your productions are published and who they are for. Individual is for your own channels: your websites, social media, podcasts and monetized YouTube. Business adds client work, brands and promos, and paid online ads. It is for freelancers, agencies and businesses, for one named person. Business Pro adds streaming platforms (OTT) and live events, for up to 5 named people on one plan. Enterprise is for organizations with more than 100 employees, TV and broadcast, trailers and cinema, apps and games, platforms whose users make videos with our music, and API access. Plans and prices are on the pricing page . If you are not sure, write to info@ainsof.io and tell us what you are making.

What does each plan cover?

While your plan is active, each track you download under it comes with a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use that track, including its versions and stems, in your productions, and to publish those productions within the uses your plan permits. Individual Your own channels: your websites, social media, podcasts and monetized YouTube. Not for client work, or for productions made for or on behalf of anyone else. Business Everything in Individual, plus client work, brands and promos, and paid online ads. For one named person. Business Pro Everything in Business, plus streaming and OTT platforms and live events. For up to 5 named people on one subscription. Enterprise TV and broadcast, trailers and cinema, apps and games, platforms whose own users make videos with the music, API access, organizations with more than 100 employees, and more than 5 people. On terms agreed in writing. Any use not listed for your plan needs a different plan or a separate agreement. The full wording is in our Terms .

What can I do with a free account?

Listening and search are free. With a free account you can: Listen to every track and sound effect Use the AI search, including search by a YouTube or Spotify link Find similar tracks Sync music to two of your videos (plans have no limit) Preview any track fit to any length Downloads come with a plan or a single-track license. Anything you hear or sync without one is for auditioning only: it may not be published or used in a finished work. There is no free trial.

Should I choose a plan or a single track?

For one production with one track, a single-track license is the simplest: you pay once and you are done. If you make videos regularly or want to try several tracks in your edit, a plan covers unlimited downloads of every track and sound effect while it is active, with every AI tool and MCP included and no monthly credits. TV and broadcast, trailers and cinema, and apps and games are on Enterprise either way.

How does a single-track license work?

Without a plan, you can license one track for one production with a one-time payment. It covers the track you chose, with all its available versions and stems, which you can download from your account. Online / Social, $35 per track One video or one podcast episode, published on your own channels on any online platform, including monetized creator content. Not for client work, productions made for anyone else, or paid ads. Business / Advertising, $179 per track One video for a brand or a client: brand-funded content, client work and paid online ads, including paid social. Online media only. What you publish under a single-track license stays licensed for good. It never renews and there is nothing to cancel. Another production needs another purchase. Question 6

How do sound-effect licenses work?

Every plan already includes every sound effect. Without a plan you can license effects with a one-time payment: one effect for $2, or 5 effects for $3 that you pick one at a time, whenever you like. Each effect can be used in productions published online: your own channels, work for a client and paid online ads. An effect in a 5-effect pack is licensed when you pick it; effects you have not picked yet are not licensed, and a pick cannot be moved to another effect. TV and broadcast, trailers and cinema, and apps and games are not covered; they are available on Enterprise.

Question 7

Can I use the music in work for clients?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on the Business and Business Pro plans, or for a single video with a Business / Advertising single-track license. Your client can be a company of any size. The client may use the production you made for them, as you delivered it, within the uses your license permits. The client does not get a license to the music itself. The Individual plan and the Online / Social single-track license are for your own channels only, not for client work.

Question 8

Does the 100-employee limit apply to my client?

Accepted Answer

No. The limit is about your own organization, the one that holds the subscription. Under Business and Business Pro, the client you make a production for can be a company of any size. If your own organization has more than 100 employees, its use needs Enterprise. Write to info@ainsof.io .

Question 9

What happens to my videos if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel at any time from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Every production you published while your plan was active, within that plan's uses, stays licensed for good, including after the plan ends. New productions published after your plan has ended need an active plan, even if you downloaded the music earlier.

What is not allowed?

Accepted Answer

These are not allowed on any plan or license: Releasing the music on its own or as the main content, for example on streaming services, as a song, or as a music-only video or stream Selling, sharing or redistributing the music files, alone or inside a library, sample pack, template or asset Using any track, stem or metadata to train or test an AI model, or as part of a dataset Registering the music, or a production built on it, in YouTube Content ID or any other content-identification system, or claiming it as your own with a performing rights organization, collecting society, distributor or publisher Passing the license on to anyone else, except the client use your plan allows Sharing an account, a plan or an access key with people it does not cover Scraping or bulk-copying the catalog, or using it to build a competing catalog or dataset The full list is in our Terms .

What is covered by Enterprise?

Enterprise is for uses the other plans do not cover: TV and broadcast, trailers and cinema, apps and games, platforms whose own users make videos with our music, API access, organizations with more than 100 employees, and teams of more than 5 people. Question 12

Can I use a track in a draft before I license it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Anything you hear, sync or receive without a plan or a single-track license for that track is for auditioning only: playing it, cutting it against picture, and showing it inside your team or to your client as a work in progress. It may not be published, broadcast, distributed, monetized or included in any finished or public work. To publish, you need a plan or a single-track license.

Question 13

Can I use the music in a music-only video or release it myself?

Accepted Answer

No. Releasing the music on its own or as the main content is not allowed on any plan or license: for example on streaming services, as a song or single, or as a music-only video or stream. The license is for productions in which the music accompanies other material.

Question 14

Can AINSOF give me a famous song?

Accepted Answer

No. The music is original work. Where a brief names a commercial song, the results are original alternatives in that spirit, never the named recording or a cover of it.

Question 15

Can I use the music in a podcast?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every plan covers podcasts on your own channels. Without a plan, an Online / Social single-track license ($35) covers one podcast episode on your own channels. A podcast made for a client needs Business or Business Pro.

Question 16

Can I use the music on streaming platforms or at live events?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on Business Pro. It covers streaming and OTT platforms (subscription or ad-supported video services) and live events, for up to 5 named people on one plan. Single-track licenses are online only.

Question 17

Can I use AINSOF music in a TV commercial?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on Enterprise, on terms agreed in writing. Paid online ads are included in Business and Business Pro, or for one video with a $179 Business / Advertising single-track license. Write to info@ainsof.io with what you are making.

Question 18

Can I use AINSOF music in a film trailer?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Trailers and cinema are licensed on Enterprise, on terms agreed in writing. Write to info@ainsof.io with what you are making, or use Contact Sales . For trailer sound design, see Editor Tools & FX in the sound effects .

Question 19

Can I use the music in an app or a game?

Accepted Answer

Apps and games are licensed on Enterprise, on terms agreed in writing. They are not covered by the other plans, single-track licenses or sound-effect licenses. Platforms whose own users make videos with our music are on Enterprise too. Write to info@ainsof.io or use Contact Sales .

Question 20

Is the license worldwide and exclusive?

Accepted Answer

Every plan and single-track license is non-exclusive, non-transferable and worldwide. A license lets you use the music as described in our Terms ; it transfers no ownership.
