What does each plan cover?

While your plan is active, each track you download under it comes with a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use that track, including its versions and stems, in your productions, and to publish those productions within the uses your plan permits.

Individual

Your own channels: your websites, social media, podcasts and monetized YouTube. Not for client work, or for productions made for or on behalf of anyone else.

Business

Everything in Individual, plus client work, brands and promos, and paid online ads. For one named person.

Business Pro

Everything in Business, plus streaming and OTT platforms and live events. For up to 5 named people on one subscription.

Enterprise

TV and broadcast, trailers and cinema, apps and games, platforms whose own users make videos with the music, API access, organizations with more than 100 employees, and more than 5 people. On terms agreed in writing.

Any use not listed for your plan needs a different plan or a separate agreement. The full wording is in our Terms.
