How do I send us a claim?

Send it from your AINSOF account, signed in with the account you used to license the music.

1. Open Copyright claims in your account.
2. Press Submit a copyright claim.
3. Choose where you got the claim: YouTube, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
4. Paste the link to the video or post.
5. Tick the AINSOF tracks in it. The tracks you licensed or downloaded with your account are listed; if one is missing, type its name.
6. Tell us who filed the claim, or tick I don't know who filed it.
7. Add a screenshot of the claim and a short note if you have them, then press Send request.

Your name and email come from your account. You see a request number right away, we email it to you, and you can follow the request in the same place.

One request can include up to 10 tracks. A screenshot can be a PNG, JPG or WebP image of up to 8 MB.
