The AINSOF
design system

One ground, one accent, two faces, one spacing scale, and a single rule about corners. Everything on this page is read live from the site's own tokens — it is the source, not a picture of it.

Colour

One accent. That is the whole palette.

The site has exactly one chromatic colour. Everything else is ground, surface, line or ink. A second accent is a second design system, so adding one is a brand decision and not a styling choice.

Ground--bg#101013

The page itself. Every backdrop image must carry this exact value in its corners, or it reads as a box.

Surface--surface#17171b

A card, a tile, a raised band. One step off the ground, never two.

Coral--coral#966249

The only accent. Muted on purpose — 19° hue, 35% saturation, 44% light. Used for a control's ring, a marker, an award level.

Ink--ink#ffffff

Headlines and anything that must be read first.

Ink 2--ink-2#9d9da8

Body copy on a dark ground.

Ink 3--ink-3#5c5c67

Labels, captions, the small print.

Lines are white at 7.5% (--line) and 18% (--line-2). Rings are coral at 20% and 10%. A hairline is never drawn at full opacity: a 1px line at 100% always reads brighter than the same colour in a fill.

Typography

Newsreader for what you feel. Inter for what you read.

Display · --t-display

Soundtrack your vision.

Title · --t-title

Music superpowers for your AI agent.

Lead · --t-lead

Curated licensed music and AI tools that do the rest.

Body · --t-body

Every track is written, performed and produced by human composers. Nothing in the catalogue is generated.

Label · --t-meta

GOLD AWARD

Headings are Newsreader 500 at −.03em. Body is Inter 400. There is one ladder for the whole site; a section that sets its own size is a bug, not a variation.

Geometry

Square. Radius zero.

0px — correct
7px — rejected

Buttons, cards, tiles, media frames, badges. Zero everywhere. The only round things on the site are the marks inside partner logos, which are theirs and not ours.

Space

Six steps, and nothing between them.

Light

Light is a painted image, never a gradient.

A radial-gradient always reads as an ellipse. A painted plate reads as light in a room. Every backdrop on this site is a JPG whose four corners are exactly #101013, so it melts into the page instead of sitting on it, and it is masked at its edges so nothing ever ends on a line. It sits behind the copy, never behind opaque media.

Motion

One curve.

--ease: cubic-bezier(.16,1,.3,1) on everything. Hover moves 2–3px and never further. Anything that animates respects prefers-reduced-motion.
